BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL

Please note that filling out this booking form does not guarantee or confirm your retreat booking. Your booking is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation letter and receipt of payment from secretary@campion.asn.au.

This form is for one participant only. If you are planning to attend with another family member or friend, each person should fill in and submit the form separately.

 

Payment Policy

Please note that this online booking form only accepts payment authorisations by credit card at the time of booking with a minimum $25 deposit or full payments. (An exception to this is if you are booking in for just one ‘Listening to Turning Earth Prayer Evening’, in which case, the cost is $20.)

If you are not yet ready to pay or wish to make other payment arrangements, please do NOT complete this form; you are more than welcome to speak with reception on 03 9854 8110 or email us at secretary@campion.asn.au.

Upon completion of this form, you will be taken to a secure payment page where you can safely enter credit card details for processing.

Full payment is due two weeks prior to the commencement of the retreat.

Waitlist policy

If the retreat is full, we will advise you after receiving this booking form and add your name to our waitlist upon confirmation with you. If a place becomes available, we will contact you and take the deposit or full payment immediately to confirm the place.

Refund policy

If you wish to withdraw or transfer the retreat, please contact us on 03 9854 8110 or email secretary@campion.asn.au to discuss this.

If you cancel before 4 weeks prior to the retreat commencement, you will receive a full refund of all payment received.

If you cancel within 4 weeks prior to the retreat commencement, you will receive the refund of all monies paid, minus a $25 administration fee (unless you have booked in only for one $20 retreat, in which case the full $20 is retained by Campion as the administration fee).

Transfer Policy

If you wish to transfer your booking to another retreat, you will need to supply us with the request in writing. You can transfer to another retreat (depending on another availability) or transfer the payment to another participant.

Cancellation policy

Campion Centre reserves the right to cancel or amend the retreats or programs without penalty, for reasons beyond our control. All attempts will be made to notify the retreatants of changes or cancellation.

There is a minimum of four retreatants to confirm a retreat. If there are not enough retreatants, Campion may cancel the retreat with two weeks notice. You may opt to either receive a full refund or transfer to another retreat. We cannot however compensate you for airfare or travel costs incurred.
